REQUIREMENTS TO COLLECT YOUR VEHICLE

An information letter will be sent to the registered owner within 7 days of the vehicle being impounded. When collecting your vehicle please submit one form of photo ID (New Zealand Drivers Licence or Passport.) Please note that we are unable to release a vehicle without ID that meets the New Zealand Police requirements. The vehicle will only be released to the registered owner. If ownership has changed whilst the vehicle is impounded, you must provide paperwork to confirm this, prior to the vehicle being collected. Your vehicle will not be released until payment has been received in full. Our preferred payment method is internet banking and payments can be made to:

We also accept payment via EFTPOS and cash (no credit cards).

Please note that if your vehicle remains uncollected after 38 days, your debt will be immediately forwarded to a collection agency.

**Due to the risk of transmission of Coronavirus to our employees there will be no property retrievals from impounded vehicles until further notice**  Please make sure you take all your property with you when the vehicle is impounded.
